- I am woken by a phone call from a friend with terrible news -- A's older brother passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. I remember him making me laugh and blush on trips up to their lake house in high school.
- It's hard to think of RQW things after a morning call like that one, but A sends out an email: tell the ones you love how much you love them today. So I do.
I am a 20-something library science student currently living in the house I grew up in. With my parents. I'd like this space to be a place where I can reflect on things I love (usually books, good food, and the people around me). Rather than a purely sentimental exercise, I hope to use this as a place to practice writing and gratitude.
